Data: 5.46 million traffic stop records reported by Connecticut law enforcement agencies from October 2013 through 2025 (public CTRP3 data from data.ct.gov and CTData). Officer identifiers are pseudonymized in this prototype. Officer-level views are limited to the officer's own agency and IMRP researchers; public views are aggregated with small-cell suppression.
